Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods over short and long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal safety and functionality
Load and unload cargo with careful attention to securement, including heavy lifting when necessary
Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for each trip
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues promptly




Follow all safety protocols related to driving, cargo handling, and vehicle maintenance
Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure

Experience
Proven experience as a professional truck driver or in a similar driving role involving heavy lifting and cargo handling
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle type being operated
Strong driving skills with a clean driving record
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and manual cargo handling
Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation, cargo securement, and vehicle maintenance

Pay: $20.20-$36.70 per hour
