About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced 3PL warehouse team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient material handling, accurate inventory movement, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, or order picker) safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse and staging areas
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders in accordance with client requirements
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
Follow all workplace safety procedures, including PPE requirements and hazard reporting
Ensure product quality by handling goods carefully and identifying damaged items
Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock verification
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets

Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Participate in safety meetings, training sessions,



and continuous improvement initiatives
Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses
Demonstrate a strong commitment to a zero-incident workplace culture

Quality Expectations
Maintain high accuracy in order picking and inventory transactions
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client-specific requirements
Ensure all shipments meet quality and labeling standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid forklift certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
