We’re hiring a Team Lead to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team in a rapid-paced, hands-on retail workplace.

Key Duties:
Oversee store operations: sales, receiving, safety, merchandising.
Train, support, and motivate 5–10 team members.
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards.
Handle opening/closing, cash, and daily paperwork.
Set clear expectations and ensure task follow-through.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven retail leadership experience.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable schedule — evenings and weekends required.
Physically able to lift 30 lbs. and work in coolers/freezers.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Other Details:
Must be able to commute to 100 Sunray St. Whitby, Ontario
Pay based on experience.
