Who You Are
A people person who loves delivering great service
Positive, enthusiastic, and a true team player
Organized and reliable, with an eye for keeping things clean
Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
Food or customer service experience is a plus — but not required

What You’ll Do
Blend smoothies and prepare light food items with speed and care
Deliver every guest experience as “nothing less than WOW”
Keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Work together with your team to hit daily goals
Support opening and closing duties as needed
Support with scheduling, inventory control, cash management, and training
Lead team during busy, unpredictable peak periods




Maintain the highest level of safety and security
