Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, accurately documenting vehicle/unit service needs, and coordinating repairs with our skilled technicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for motorsports & marine repair and exceptional customer service skills to grow within a energetic environment. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is highly valued, along with strong mechanical knowledge and sales abilities.

Duties
Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport
Gather detailed vehicle/unit service information and accurately document customer concerns
Explain repair recommendations clearly and effectively to customers
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
Prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines to customers
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




Maintain organized records of all service transactions and customer interactions

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience or mechanic background is preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Proven sales ability, including upselling services and parts effectively
Experience handling cash transactions and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
