Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of various ages, including those with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, strong caregiving skills, and experience working in early childhood settings. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while developing professional skills in caregiving and early childhood education.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Support children with special needs, including those with disabilities, by providing personalized care and assistance
Maintain a clean and organized setting conducive to learning and play
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities
Foster positive social interactions among children to promote teamwork and emotional development




Adhere to all safety protocols and licensing requirements

Qualifications
Prior classroom experience or background in early childhood education is preferred
Experience working with children, including those with disabilities or special needs, is highly desirable
Strong caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
Ability to teach basic skills and facilitate developmental activities
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
Knowledge of safety standards related to childcare environments
Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory at the time of hiring; training will be provided if necessary

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
