We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated Grounds Maintenance Professional with strong time management and organizational skills, and a positive, cheery attitude, to play a key role in the continued growth of Victoria’s first zero-carbon gardening company.

This full time position offers an exceptional four-day work week, with flexible 10-hour days and an industry-leading annual salary. You’ll work hands-on with innovative, industry-leading electric equipment and be an integral part of driving our sustainable vision forward.

Proven experience in grounds maintenance
A hardworking, self-motivated, positive, and cheery attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
A valid driver’s licence
