Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as KeyHolder. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in the food industry.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Open & Close operations, Supervise staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail




Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
