Responsibilities
Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
Support the installation of detailed Framing, forming, and finishing work with guidance from senior carpenters
Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry tasks, and other foundational work as needed
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform various carpentry tasks including woodworking and assembly
Participate in renovation projects, siding installation, and general construction painting activities
Support heavy lifting, material handling,
and site cleanup to ensure a protected and productive work environment
Requirements
Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures; prior handyman or construction experience is a plus
Willingness to learn blueprint reading, schematics interpretation,
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully
Prior experience or familiarity with carpentry or woodworking is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
