Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Freska Cafe & Eatery in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and that our guests receive top-quality meals. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of providing delightful dining experiences in a friendly environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist with food prep tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Follow food safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
Ensure timely completion of orders during busy hours.
Support inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Solid teamwork and communication skills.
