Responsibilities
Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Accurately take and enter orders using a POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Maintain clean dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or wait staff in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Smart Serve is required.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food preparation or kitchen experience is an asset.
