Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether at a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting. This role requires a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, POS systems, and food safety standards. The bartender will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems
Engage with customers to take drink orders, answer questions about menu items, and recommend beverages based on preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety.
Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, especially during catering or banquet events.




Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service in various settings such as nightclubs or fine dining venues.
Assist in setting up for special events or private parties as required.

Experience
Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems
Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage preparation techniques.
Solid skills in time management, sales, and customer service are essential for success in this role.
Knowledge of the food industry including catering, food service, retail math, and basic math skills related to cash handling and billing.
Experience working in fine dining establishments or hospitality venues is a plus.
