Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation
Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety regulations at all times
Serve food efficiently to guests with friendly professionalism, creating a welcoming dining experience
Support the kitchen team during peak hours by managing multiple tasks such as meal prep, plating, and cleaning
Follow recipes and portion controls diligently to maintain consistency in every dish served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, especially in breakfast or brunch environments
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen workflows to adapt quickly to our fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices within the food industry
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on friendly guest interactions and efficient service delivery
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic kitchen setting
Prior experience in meal preparation and kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability and enthusiasm for culinary work
