Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our team. This position combines customer service excellence with hands-on vehicle care. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy keeping vehicles spotless and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rental Agent:
Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals and returns
Prepare rental agreements and explain terms clearly
Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records




Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Previous experience in car rental or detailing is an asset, but not required — we’ll train the right person
