Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled trades, and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques. Prior experience in construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and setup of work areas
Support skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and concrete finishing
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist with project execution
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying as needed
Assist with installation of cabinets, flooring, and other fixtures
Support restoration and renovation projects including caulking, painting, and drywall work
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for all team members




Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to coordinate tasks and ensure clear understanding among team members

Skills
Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish is essential for effective communication on-site
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is a plus
Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, welding, electrical work, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation is desirable
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely (training provided if necessary)
Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols
Solid teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Attention to detail for accurate work such as caulking and concrete finishing
