WECDSB is looking for a Temporary Campus Minister to enrich the spiritual life of schools. Collaborate with students and staff to lead impactful prayer and ministry programs.
This position involves coordinating prayer activities, leading mass services, and spearheading student retreats. You will also connect with home parishes, promote social justice awareness, and encourage community volunteer initiatives. Your role will include pastoral care for students and staff in times of need, along with participation in the CARE Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead the school's prayer life
• Oversee mass and liturgical services
• Facilitate and design student retreats
• Arrange Sacrament of Reconciliation opportunities
• Ensure care and use of prayer centers
Requirements:
• Educational background in Pastoral Ministry or Theology
• Experience in leadership roles within youth ministry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive setting
Contribute to the spiritual development of students at WECDSB through dedicated campus ministry.
