Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain residential buildings effectively
• Liaise with tenants and resolve minor issues
• Document and maintain accurate records
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
• Lift and move heavy equipment safely
Requirements:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Experience with mechanical systems preferred
• Must complete a Criminal Record Check
