In this key supervisory role, your responsibilities include assisting the Lift Operations Supervisor in managing a large team of 50+ staff. You'll be integral to daily operations, scheduling, and maintaining adherence to safety protocols. Your leadership will help create a positive team culture while overseeing lift operations throughout both winter and summer seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in operations
• Coordinate daily lift operations in winter and summer
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and payroll
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards
• Lead daily set up of lifts and workspaces
Requirements:
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Previous experience with lift operations
• Supervisory experience required
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills
• Lift-150 Train the Trainer course preferred
