BREKA BAKERY Group is seeking an EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION BAKER in our BREAD production team!

This small team will make European style breads as well as yeast donut dough for our BREKA stores and wholesale customers! At least 1 year experience of bread making in commercial setting is required.

It is a quick-paced environment with a high demand of production. You must be a outstanding team player to fit in a small team, physically fit to lift heavy stuff and take direction well.
Having positive attitude and willingness to learn would go a long way!

SHIFTS & HOURS:
2:30pm to 10:30pm, the end time may vary depending on production volume.
3-5days/week
Start Date: ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mix dough following our recipe and production list
Divide, roll and shape dough
Manage proofing dough
Organize bread baskets and trays
Handle rack ovens
Other prep duties & General Cleaning

REQUIREMENTS
Has 1+ year experience worked as a Bread making qualified
Follow our procedures/recipes to meet our product standard




Excellent communication skills to work as part of a small team
Physically fit and able to lift 20kg
Positive attitude & High energy to work effectively
Punctual & reliable to show up all scheduled shifts
Attentive to detail and understands the importance of a clean, organized kitchen

COMPENSATION:
-The wage range is $21-$28/hour
4 month probationally period
Wage review based on your performance
