We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales, marketing, website operations, and social media activities.

Responsibilities
Assist with website content updates and day-to-day website operations
Support product development and online marketing initiatives
Create and manage product content related to furniture, home furnishings, and building materials
Perform image editing and basic graphic design tasks
Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
Provide customer service support and respond to customer inquiries
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including:Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat Official Accounts / Channels
Create, edit, and publish short-form video and social media content
Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics
Support sales promotions and lead generation activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis

As our business focuses on furniture, home décor, and building materials, candidates should have a basic understanding of or robust interest in these industries.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in website operations, digital marketing, sales support,



or a related field
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
Proficiency in graphic design and image editing software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), CapCut
Ability to read Chinese and communicate in Mandarin
Active and experienced user of Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and Instagram
Familiar with current social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms
Solid understanding of short-form video content creation and social media engagement strategies
Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, renovation, or lifestyle-related content is an asset

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: 3 days per week

Compensation: CAD $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Location: Richmond, BC V6V 3A1
