We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure is safe, effective, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and renovation projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and install plumbing components with precision
Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures; troubleshoot issues effectively
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of building systems
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols




Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation

Qualifications
Valid state-issued license as a professional plumber with comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
Proven experience in construction or maintenance environments involving plumbing systems
Robust mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in carpentry, HVAC systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
Ability to read schematics accurately and perform basic math calculations essential for measurements and layouts
Experience with heavy lifting tasks related to construction projects; physically capable of handling demanding workloads
Knowledge of safety procedures related to plumbing work including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
