We are seeking a friendly and energetic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love animals and enjoy working in a agile, pet-friendly environment. The attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety, happiness, and well-being of dogs in our care while providing excellent customer service to pet owners. Duties
Supervise and interact with dogs during playtime, rest periods, and walks to ensure safety and proper behavior
Assist with feeding, watering, and administering medication as needed
Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and equipment regularly to maintain a hygienic environment
Monitor dogs for signs of distress or illness and report any concerns to management promptly
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets’ activities and well-being
Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies or large dog crates when necessary
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries within the facility
Experience
Prior experience working with animals is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills are essential for communicating effectively with pet owners
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds
Compassionate attitude toward animals and a genuine love for pets is highly valued
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
