We’re one of the Island’s busiest and most trusted marine dealerships, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated, organized Marine Service Writer to join our energetic, fast-moving service team. If you love working with people, enjoy a challenge, and think boats are pretty awesome, this could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

As our Service Writer, you’re the friendly face and go-to connection between our customers and our service crew. You’ll help keep the shop running smoothly by ensuring service jobs are booked efficiently, customers stay informed, and our techs get accurate details. You’ll also handle POS transactions and cash with confidence and accuracy.

Your Day-to-Day




Welcome customers and help assess their service needs
Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow
Create detailed work orders and coordinate with technicians
Prepare estimates and keep customers updated
Maintain service records and process warranty claims
Handle POS transactions, payments, and cash balancing

What You Bring
Experience as a Service Writer or in a customer service/admin role (automotive or marine is a bonus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay cool and efficient in a fast-paced workplace
Familiarity with boats, motors, or mechanical work is a plus
Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and POS systems
Responsible and accurate cash-handling abilities
