AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL TECHNICIANS / MECHANICS

Primary Responsibilities
Shear, form, and fabricate, parts and components to drawing specifications.
Drill, ream, countersink, and dimple holes for fastener installation.
Assemble parts, components and sub-assemblies, using special jigs and fixtures.

Qualifications and Experience
Graduation from an accredited post secondary aviation training institution.
Possession of a BC or Interprovincial journeyman designation as an Aircraft Structural Technician an asset
Aircraft sheet metal or assembly experience considered an asset.
Must be proficient in the interpretation of mechanical drawings and aircraft assembly procedures.
Must be proficient in the English language.
Attention to detail, and an enjoyment of precise work a must.
