Responsibilities include:
Running a project from start to completion , including coordination of supplies & labour, disposal bins, etc.
Formwork
Waterproofing
Demolition
Concrete finishing and placement
Landscaping

Requirements :




Experience in Concrete construction and rehabilitation, water proofing, expansion joints, Parking garage projects etc.
Experience as a site foreman with good work ethic, a drive for results, organization, good communication skills, respectful and dependable.
Be willing to provide job updates with engineers and clients/owners with an upbeat attitude and respectable manner.
Able to read and interpret drawings.
