Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive assistance to meet their needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products
Support sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks and ensure operational excellence
Follow safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure workplace for all




Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures

Experience
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks as needed
A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
