Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, accurate order taking, and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Duties
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system (TouchBistro experience is an asset).
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Provide exceptional, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced workplace.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and promptly address any guest concerns.




Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention throughout their dining experience.
Experience bartending is an asset

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Smart Serve certification
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Experience with POS systems; familiarity with TouchBistro POS is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
