We are seeking a PART-TIME Baking Assistant to join our bakery team for a 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift!. This role involves supporting the baking process, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, food safety, and excellent customer service skills. Duties
Assist with food preparation, including mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients for baked goods
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools safely and efficiently
Package baked items for sale while maintaining quality standards
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Support the team with general kitchen duties,
including cleaning and organizing supplies
Experience
Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food preparation setting is preferred but not required
Skills food handling, and food safety are highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry standards is advantageous
Experience in food presentation and packaging will be considered a plus
A strong interest in baking and culinary arts is essential for success in this role
