Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction setting
Ability to operate related equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drilling tools
Valid driver’s license preferred
Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures
Basic understanding of maintenance routines for heavy equipment to identify potential issues early
