Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a quick-paced food service environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times
Assist in setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining environment
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
Provide guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry standards
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is a plus but not required
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests seamlessly

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
