Property Maintenance Helper – Landscaping, Windows, Snow & More

We're a growing home services company in Toronto serving high-end residential clients. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working helper to join our team for landscaping, window cleaning, powerwashing, and seasonal work like snow removal and Christmas light installation.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role — no desk time. You'll be working directly with our crew at client properties, learning multiple trades, and helping us deliver top-tier service to homeowners who expect the best.

What You'll Do
Landscaping and property maintenance (mowing, trimming, mulch, cleanups, seasonal work)
Window cleaning and powerwashing at residential properties
Snow removal in winter months
Christmas light installation and takedown
Load/unload equipment, keep trucks and gear organized
Follow safety procedures on ladders, equipment, and job sites
Represent the company professionally — you're in front of our clients daily

What We're Looking For
Physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (asset,



not always required)
Solid work ethic — shows up on time, works hard, doesn't need to be micromanaged
Comfortable on ladders and around basic equipment
Positive attitude, team player, takes direction well
No experience necessary — we'll train the right person
Experience in landscaping, window cleaning, or general labour is a plus but not required
