Enning Blinds is a growing Alberta-based outdoor sales of high-quality window coverings. We supply blinds retailers, designers, and builders across the province. Our business is built on strong relationships, consistent quality, and dependable service.

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to grow our dealer network and support existing customers.

Position Overview

This is an outside B2B sales role focused on:
Visiting blinds retailers and builders
Growing wholesale accounts
Developing new dealer relationships
Increasing sales within your assigned territory

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Visit existing dealers regularly to maintain strong relationships
Prospect and open new wholesale accounts
Present products and explain pricing programs
Follow up on quotes and orders
Support dealers with product knowledge and training
Track sales activities and meet monthly targets
Work closely with office and production teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
1–3 years sales experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in blinds,



construction, or building materials is an asset
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and organized
Comfortable traveling within Alberta
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Compensation
Base salary + commission
Commission based on revenue growth and recent account development
Performance bonus opportunities

Compensation will be based on experience and performance.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
