Duties
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or manual methods.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining smooth operations.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold hygiene standards and safety regulations.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health guidelines.
Support the serving team by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during busy service times.




Follow all safety protocols related to food service and kitchen sanitation to create a safe environment for staff and guests.

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of kitchen safety practices and equipment operation.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience with food preparation or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory.
