Esso Cobourg (Cobourg, ON) is looking for a customer focused gas station supervisor/ Manager for the team.

Tasks
Perform cash register functions and other related activities.
Service customers at the Point of Sale with the cash, card payments, issue receipts, refunds and/or tickets.
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Perform, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers according to the guidelines
