Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks around the café. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with attention to quality and presentation
Prepare Bowl and sandwich
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Assist with food preparation and serving food items to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and safety procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage cash register operations accurately, including basic math for transactions and change calculation
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Restock supplies as needed and assist with general café maintenance




Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles is beneficial
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus
