Overview

We are seeking experienced shinglers to join our roofing team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Install current roofing shingles according to project specifications and safety standards
Repair or replace damaged roofing materials efficiently and accurately
Use hand tools such as hammers, nail guns, and utility knives to complete tasks
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure proper installation
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs




Assist with carpentry tasks related to roofing structures when needed
Maintain a clean work workplace and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Proven experience in roofing or construction, with specific expertise in shingling preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and basic carpentry skills
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights for extended periods
Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
Handyman experience or related skills are a plus
Solid attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and reliable work ethic

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
