Responsibilities
Provide attentive supervision and support to youths in daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times
Assist with personal care routines, including hygiene, dressing, and feeding as needed
Support educational activities and facilitate learning through teaching and engaging interactions
Implement behavioral management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation
Plan and participate in recreational activities that encourage social skills, creativity, and physical activity
Communicate regularly with families, team members,
and supervisors regarding each child's progress and needs
Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment conducive to growth and development
Document observations and any incidents accurately to ensure proper follow-up
Requirements
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Prior experience working with children or adolescents is preferred
Solid teaching skills to support educational development and skill-building
Compassionate, patient, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate youth schedules
Valid background check clearance and ability to pass any required screening processes
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with youths, families, and team members
