CLEK Staffing Services is a locally owned and operated full-service firm that provides specialized expertise and personalized service throughout the GTA, Hamilton, and the Niagara Region. We are currently looking for a Forklift/Warehouse Worker.
Shift time: Day Shift 7:30am - 3:30pm or Afternoon Shift 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Monday-Friday (ongoing until further notice)
Duties
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
Perform order picking using various methods including manual picking and operating an order picker.
Utilize forklift to move heavy items safely throughout the warehouse.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Skills
Must have valid forklift certification and experience.
At least 4 years of experience as a Forklift Operator
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
Proficient in order picking processes and techniques.
Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
