Responsibilities
Assemble, portion, package, and label meals and food products according to production schedules.
Ensure product quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before shipment.
Follow food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and sanitation procedures.
Operate production equipment and safely handle materials and products.
Replenish supplies, assist with line setup, and maintain an organized workstation.
Complete production records and report quality or equipment issues.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and wear required PPE.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, catering,



commercial kitchens, or production is an asset.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to read labels and production sheets.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a quick-paced workplace.

Physical Requirements
Lift up to 60 lbs.
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Work in refrigerated environments (4–10°C).
Bend, lift, push, pull, and move production materials safely.
