We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring our motel rooms and apartment units are well maintained and guest-ready across multiple properties.

Responsibilities
Repair and maintain fireplaces, air conditioning units, jetted tubs, appliances, and plumbing fixtures
Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting in motel rooms and apartment suites
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Complete preventative maintenance inspections
Assist with renovations, installations, and overall property upkeep
Travel between multiple properties in Leduc, Whitecourt
Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas, tools, and company vehicle





Requirements
Valid driver’s license required
Clean driving abstract required
Comfortable driving regularly between different property locations
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance is an asset
Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently
Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work as required
Weekend work and occasional after-hours emergency calls may be required

Position Details
Full time position
40 hours per week
Starting at $18.50/hour, based on experience.
