We are seeking a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Barista to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of ice cream treats, coffee and fresh squeezed lemonade. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, a great attitude, and a team player. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream products and toppings
Prepare and serve ice cream cones, fresh squeezed lemonade, coffee, and other specialty treats with attention to presentation and quality
Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation, including scoops, mixers, and packaging tools
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area following food safety guidelines
Handle food products responsibly, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning




Package ice cream products efficiently for take-out or delivery orders
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a bonus, but not necessary
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
