You must be able to provide our customers with a high level of customer service, ensuring that their experience is memorable.
Qualified applicants must have a strong work ethic and cash handling experience, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a team setting with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include the processing of cash, credit, or debit card transactions
Ensure all lane and bowling areas are spotless when lanes are issued
Assist guests with scoring consoles; make corrections as needed
Assist guests with choosing the proper weight and size of a house ball
Return all rental shoes to counter and house balls to racks after use
Assist guests by adding bumpers to young bowlers as needed
Spot clean bowling approaches as needed
Maintain clean common areas throughout shift
Instruct and assist guests with bowling skills as needed
Maintain a neat and orderly work area
Actively sell promotions and special offers as directed by management
Execute fast and effective lane turnover
Clean and sanitize rental shoes
Follow all directed guest service standards
Always maintain a secure work setting
Execute outstanding teamwork with counter attendants and lane servers
Assist counter as needed and directed
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
Above average communication skills
Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed
Bowling experience is a bonus but not needed
Available to workdays, evenings, and weekends - Open most holidays
