We're growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable person to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Job Summary

As Operations Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day glue between our dispatch team, our drivers, and our clients. This is a hands-on support role, a great fit for someone early in their career who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the logistics business from the ground up. You'll work closely with the operations team and get exposure to every part of how a courier company runs.

Duties
Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks and help resolve issues as they come up
Support the dispatch team with day-to-day operations, helping keep routes and deliveries on track
Audit driver activity and delivery performance to spot gaps and recommend ways to improve efficiency
Communicate with clients to provide delivery updates,



answer questions, and keep everything running smoothly
Monitor daily deliveries and flag delays, exceptions, or route issues before they become problems
Help maintain accurate records, delivery logs, and client information
Assist with onboarding and coordinating drivers and owner-operators
Pull together simple daily and weekly reports on delivery activity
Take on other operational and administrative tasks as the team needs

Qualifications
A University degree, ideally in logistics or equivalent field
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with basic Excel or Google Sheets (entering data, straightforward formulas)
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm in a fast-paced workplace
A customer-service mindset and a positive, team-first attitude
Reliable and punctual
