We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our fast-paced transportation and logistics operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of payroll or administrative experience who is looking to build a long-term career with a company that offers prospects for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time for transportation employees, drivers as well as carrier service providers.
Review payroll data, timesheets, mileage, and related documentation
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
Communicate with drivers, managers, and internal departments regarding payroll inquiries
Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll audits




Support month-end and payroll-related administrative functions
Help identify process improvements and efficiencies within payroll operations

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of payroll, transportation administration, or related experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational and time management skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to think outside the box
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets and documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
