What You'll Do
Coordinate tasks alongside project supervisors according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.
Always ensure field staff compliance with policies and procedures.
Work with Site Superintendent on field aspects of the project such as budget, schedule, and productivity.
Support training and mentoring of construction workers,
promoting skill development and adherence to quality standards.
Be quick to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with subcontractors for proper sequencing.
Must be willing to work in remote areas and travel as needed.
What You Bring
Proven experience in a construction yard or construction experience in a relevant role, preferably with a general contractor.
Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction is required.
A trade background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
Ability to work safely and promote safety by adhering to safety regulations and Con-Pro's safety program.
Effective communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
