We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead by example, coach with intention, and support a high-performing team in delivering results that go beyond the numbers.
What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and mentor a energetic Sales team
Monitor performance metrics and coach for continuous improvement
Work closely with F&I;, Service, and Parts to support seamless operations
Deliver on both short-term goals and long-term team development
What You Bring
Previous automotive sales leadership experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead by example and inspire results
Strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
