Boyko Builders Ltd. is seeking Laborers to support large-scale structural concrete and general construction operations. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of complex commercial projects. Candidates will be expected to perform at a high professional standard, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency in alignment with company policies and applicable Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legislation.

Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and clean construction job sites
Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, and stripping
Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as forms,



scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
Assist skilled trades including formwork crews, carpenters, and concrete finishers
Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures
Contribute to an organized, efficient, and professional job site

Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial construction or concrete work preferred
Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Consistent attendance and proven reliability
Journeyperson certification or trade experience considered an asset (not required)
