As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives and positively impacting the health care sector in British Columbia, guiding students through their laboratory and clinical training to become fully qualified and much-needed Health Care Assistants (HCAs).

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Must have a TESL Canada Professional Standard Two and experience teaching Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) levels 5 and above.
Educational Background: A University degree (BA) plus 100 hours of methodology and theory.
Content knowledge: Must have HCA (Health Care Assistant) content knowledge
Passion for Impact: A genuine desire to make a real difference in the lives of students and the healthcare sector.
