Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring protected and effective medication management, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting pharmacy operations within our facility. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and safety regulations
Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, including usage instructions and potential side effects
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans for patient populations
Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatments as necessary in coordination with medical staff
Maintain detailed and accurate pharmacy records, including medication inventories and patient profiles




Oversee the preparation of compounded medications when required
Participate in the pharmacy vaccination program

Qualifications
Valid pharmacist license in Ontario and in good standing with OCP
Korean or Tagalog is a solid asset as a second language
Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and patient care standards
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and manage complex medication regimens
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics

Pay: $48.00-$58.00 per hour
