Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part time Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering excellent food service and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong customer service skills, and be eager to learn and grow within the food industry. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, sanitation, and restaurant operations while working in a rapid-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and assisting guests with menu selections
Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments with professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper handling and storage of ingredients
Assist in kitchen duties such as basic food prep, portioning, and plating as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate transactions and portioning
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to work well within a team
Experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
